The EPC project of Guihang Metal Products Co., Ltd. in Chizhou City, Anhui Province, China, adopts the continuous casting and rolling process. After the steel billet comes out of the continuous caster, it is directly hot-charged into the rolling process. According to the customer's requirements for product types, the composite AB line rolling process is adopted. The wire rod mill is responsible for rolling specifications of 5.5-25mm; the bar mill is responsible for rolling specifications of 8-32mm. With the dual-line simultaneous rolling, the annual output can reach 1.6 million tons, maximizing the matching of the continuous casting capacity.
